NPower Northwest’s members form a diverse community of more than 300 organizations committed to using technology to better serve our region. Our members range from grassroots nonprofits to larger organizations, some with little or no technology expertise and some that have the basics covered and need strategic advice to achieve their long-term goals.

Why Become a Member?

Increased access and lower prices: If you think you’ll use our services more than two or three times a year, membership can save you a lot of hard-earned money on our training and consulting services.  Our membership fees operate on a sliding scale based on your organization’s operating budget, leaving you money to pour back into your programming to increase your community impact.

Let’s get down to brass tacks. Specifically, NPower membership includes the following:

  • Member rates for NPower services - Members pay a lower hourly consulting rate for private training and assistance with databases, websites and network systems. Member rates are usually in the neighborhood of 20% off. Contact us for details pertaining to service fees and member discounts.
  • Access to managed services - NPower Northwest offers managed services exclusively to members to keep hardware and software operating smoothly. Members can contract with NPower to have a consultant visit their office(s) on a regularly scheduled basis to perform proactive and reactive maintenance for many of the most common networking issues. Managed services also includes access to our dedicated support line, giving members access to additional troubleshooting resources between scheduled visits.
