Travel time is billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate of the related service.

Support line requests are billed in 15 increments at the hourly rate (available to managed service clients only).

NPower trainings are open to staff, board and volunteers at 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations (excluding places of worship) in the Puget Sound area.  Staff, board and volunteers of other 501(c) organizations (including nonprofit educational institutions, associations, civic leagues, clubs, etc.) may also register for training, at the non-member rate and on a space-available basis.
